FAQS

+ How does the pricing work?

When determining the price per hour for your booth, remember, the more hours used, the less per hour. The prime booth starts at $150/hr and the Mirror Me booth starts at $250/hr. These rates are for at minimum of 3 hours.

+ What Markets do SnapThat Photobooth Serve?

SnapThat Photobooth serves the DFW and surrounding cities, as far as 30 miles in any direction. Distances further out are possible, just will be subject to an additional mileage charge.

+ HOW DO THE DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS WORK?

When you put down a non-refundable deposit through Square for your event, that locks in the time and date for the booth rental. The deposit will go straight towards the overall balance for the rental. The remainder can be paid over time, but balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event. All orders are subject to sales tax.

+ What comes standard with my booth rental?

Every booth rental comes with unlimited SMS (photos & GIFS), a backdrop from our selection, setup/takedown, a booth chaperone, and props! Some of the props will be geared towards the theme of the event (eg. weddings, parties, etc.), and others will be just downright silly!

+ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP THE BOOTH?

It can range from 15-30 mins. We would prefer to come to the venue at least 45 mins prior to the start time, to ensure everything is up and running smoothly.

+ How much space is required?

A minimum of 6ft x 6ft space is ideal.

+ How are the photos/GIFS/videos distributed?

Photos can be printed (with purchase of printer add-on) and/or sent via SMS. All videos and GIFS can only be sent through SMS.

+ Will there be a Booth Chaperone the duration of the Event?

Of course! The booth chaperone will ensure that things run as smooth as possible.

+ What does it mean when you say "Unlimited" prints?

"Unlimited" prints mean that during the duration of the rental, as many photos, gifs, or videos may be taken without limit. Printing maybe limited to a specific amount of printouts per session, but don't worry, you can have as many sessions throughout our time together.

+ Can we request special props and/or backdrops?

Of course! When filling out the booking/inquiry form, in the additional notes, let us know the direction you were thinking of going in and we will do our best. Subject to an additional fee.

+ What if we didn't have the USB Add-on, but want our photos after the event?

SnapThat Photobooth does retain the photos, and we can provide you access to them, but will be subject to a fee.

+ We booked for X hours, but need additional time, what do we do?

SnapThat Photo booth, will adhere to the time stated in the contract, but if additional time is needed because there is just too much fun going on, additional hours will be $150/hr.
